1 4oz. strawberry fat free yogurt
1/4 V8 Splash Strawberry-banana smootie
2 cups (or 4-5) frozen strawberries

I’m back! I decided to open up with an entry about my new years resolutions and everything else on my plate. I’m getting married in 8 months…I’m 21 and I hardly know how to take care of myself let alone start a family. So in this 8 months before the wedding I am going to try my hardest to learn how to cook and take better care of myself. I just want to share with everyone to keep me motivated really. Maybe motivate others, who knows.
I kind of started my healthy eating yesterday and I want to continue with yoga.
Breakfast: I didn’t do so great because I was in a hurry. I had a blueberry poptart…errr
Lunch: salad
Snacks: Grapes and yogurt cover raisins
Dinner: I actually wasn’t too hungry so I just made a Strawberry-Banana smoothie
Today’s plan:
15 minute yoga
Breakfast: Strawberry-Banana Smoothie and vitamin B-12
Lunch: Orange Salad and water
Snacks: cause I’m always munching on something they will probably just be grapes and yogurt covered raisins
Dinner: I’m working on a marinated chicken recipe and some steamed potatoes.. yum I might have to make that for lunch instead.
